Lo Món is a red wine blend of Grenache (50%), Carignan (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Syrah (10%) from vines with Llicorella soil and cultivated under the parameters of organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Red cherry color with violet reflections. Middle layer. elegant aromatic complexity, very clean nose where stands out the ripe fruit, spices and black light balsamic notes. The palate is fleshy, full, long and fresh with a velvety texture. At the end balsamic notes and spices arise.
AGING
Ages 12 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters and back rests 18 months in bottle.
