Llopart Brut Nature Integral is a sparkling blend of Parellada (40%), Chardonnay (40%) and Xarel·lo (20%), organically grown.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, with pale greenish gleams. Fine and constant bubble. Great richness of primary aromas, fruity (apple, peach, pineapple) and very close. The palate is light and soft, with a great vividness and freshness.
ELABORATION
Made with wines that have made the first fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC, and together with the unique "coupage", they give rise to the maximum accentuation of the fruity peculiarities of the grape varieties.
AGING
Minimal aging in the bottle for 18 months.
PAIRING
It is a perfect sparkling to drink alone, as an aperitif and to accompany light dishes
