Les Joveres de Margalef Rosé is a Monovarietal Rosé Wine, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTE
Intense strawberry color with soft bright shades of red currant. Aromatic and seductive. The red fruit jam dab such as currant and cherry stand out. In the background, we feel flower light dabs such as mint or eucalyptus. It presents an excellent bouquet of modern and elegant style. It's balanced and it has a soft end. the fruit sample predominate over the sweet tannins.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Handmade grape harvest and selection in the field with baskets and a following thermal process of -º2C. Fermentation with skins in small tanks of 500L for 24 hours. Subsequent must filtrate in a unique tank in a continuous temperature of 15ºC in order to extract the primary bouquets from the grape. Soft pressing of the must for 24 hours. It clarifies with potato protein. Open filtration to polish the wine. Handmade bottling.
PAIRING
It's a perfect wine to join with any light meal, but it's exceptional with a good appetizer.
