La Finca de Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva is a Gran Reserva Brut cava elaborated with five different varieties of grapes but that has as main base of Xarel·lo. It is the first sparkling wine of the Cava Raventós i Blanc, whose initial cupage was made by Josep María Raventós Blanc before dying. A sparkling wine of farm, with the personal seal of its creator, fruit of the knowledge and the experience accumulated throughout a life consecrated entirely to the sparkling ones.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color. Aromas to white flowers, citrus notes and minerals. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and pleasant. Excellent acidity and a long finish.

Minimum aged of 3 years in rhyming position.
