Aire de l'Origan is a young white sparkling wine Brut Nature coupage of Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo of Origan cavas.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color of medium intensity with greenish reflections. Clean and bright with small bubble of constant detachment. In the nose is a cava of medium-high intensity where aromas of fresh fruit, vegetable and floral, stand out completely citrus notes. While in the mouth has a full entrance. It is fresh and fruity where we perceive notes of apple. Acidity balanced and good structure.
AGING
Aging minimum 28 months in rhyme in the cavas.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany fish and seafood, rice, roasted vegetables and desserts of fruits and citrus.
