Il·lusió Criança is a red wine blend of Grenache and Grenache Peluda of the vineyards La plana del Barranc and La Setena.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color with granatose bands. Red fruit aromas with spicy notes, very expressive. In the mouth tasty with ripe tannins that will finish polishing with the stay with bottle, a well integrated wood that gives a powerful garnacha with a good acidity, with capacity to grow old.
ELABORATION
Monovarietal of grenache ink, fusion of two types of fine and hairy Garnacha. Maceration, fermentation and malolactic integrates in a foudre of 5000 liters.
AGING
Small breeding of 9 months in the same French oak foudre where it macerates and ferments.
