Idoia Tinto it is a red wine coupage of Syrah and Red Grenache elaborated following the traditional elaboration system.
TASTING NOTE
Red cherry color with garnet reflections. Fruity aromas and dairy notes accompanied by leather, tobacco and sweet spices appear on the nose. The palate is a wine that is fresh, intense and unctuous. Fruit notes appear. It is a balanced wine with well-integrated tannins. Long end
VINIFICATION
Winemaking was carried out separately, according to variety and age. Subsequently, fermentation was carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with daily pumping over about 15 days.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in Allier French oak barrels from different cooperages. The barrels are new, of one and two years old and of medium roasting.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, sausages and cured cheeses, rice dishes and small game.
