Hacienda López de Haro White is a vegan white wine, Coupage of Macabeo and other varieties.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color. Bright and clean. On the nose, we feel ripe fruit, date and banana. Aging notes that make it interesting and complex. In the mouth, it's fresh, long and balanced.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Handmade grape harvest during October. Direct selection in the Macabeo vineyards. They are planted in the mountainside of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Aging for three months in french oak barrels.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with appetizers, cured cheeses, cold meats, salads, pasta and fish.
