Gramona The Cuvee Reserva Brut is a cava coupage of Xarel·lo (70%) and Macabeo (30%).
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color. In the nouse, pronounced citrus freshness character (lemon and grapefruit) with notes of apple, pineapple, fresh grass and white flowers. It has an entrance in the mouth that is friendly, with light body and very vivacious. Crunchy and toning texture. Very refreshing finish with citrus souvenirs.
ELABORATION
This cava spends 24 months on lees in the silence of the cellar.
PAIRING
Ideal to drink as an aperitif. It is very gastronomic and versatile.
