Gramona III Lustros Gran Reserva Is a cava coupage of Xarel·lo and Macabeo, character of the land and its surroundings. 100% manual processing process. It is an emblematic cava with a great balance between structure, creaminess and freshness.
TASTING NOTE
Straw-colored golden trim. In nose, good intensity and great expressiveness. Fruit and aromatic aromas, pronounced notes of aging and nuts, toasted bread crust, coffee and spicy notes. In mouth mouthful entrance, great structure as it passes through the palate. Fine brubujas that melt in the wine leaving a velvety texture. Great freshness and verticality, with an end of mouth of mineral sensations.
AGING
Aged for 89 months, exceeding the time required for a large reserve according to the Regulatory Council.
