El Perro Verde is a white wine made with grapes of the Verdejo variety. This wine has not been aged in barrels and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTE
Pale lemon yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and very bright, it has a fine and agile tear. The nose is clean and of medium intensity. Very expressive, perceiving notes of fresh white fruit, tropical notes, white flowers, citrus notes, herbaceous memories and light menthol. In the mouth it is a fresh wine with a certain volume. It has a palatable mouth, with a correct weight of fruit, good acidity and bitter notes that give it an intense finish.
