The Nou de +500 is a single-varietal white wine made with the Montonega grape. Wine of low natural graduation (9.5%), made using natural and ecological procedures. It is a fresh, friendly, singular and versatile wine.
TASTING NOTE
Middle layer, yellow and golden shades. Aromas to toast, fruits and coffee. In the mouth, clean entry, fresh acidity with a more intense finish. Taste of citrus and green apple.
PAIRING
It combines very well with sausages and cheeses, seafood, fish and rice.
