Les Clandestines Espelta (Weissbier) is a malted wheat artisan beer becoming the protagonist of this beer, both for its characteristics in taste and aroma as for its food qualities. Beer made with different malts (Pilsner, Espelta, Caramalt) and Mitflefrueh hops.
TASTING NOTE
Light yellow, cloudy and white foam. Fruity aromas typical of the weissbiers, with marked sweetness and creaminess. It has a sweet entry and a dry finish. It is a very curious beer to try.
ELABORATION
Product without additives, with a second fermentation in bottle, without pasteurizing or filtering. It may contain sediment so it is recommended to store it vertically.
PAIRING
Ideal to drink with appetizers, salads and fruit.
ADVICE
Serve between 8º and 12ºC.
