Cara Nord White is a young high mountain wine made with Macabeo and Chardonnay. Aged on fine lees for three months in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTE:
On a floral background, white fruit, green pruna and acid spider, exotic aromas such as pineapple, passion fruit and mineral notes are combined. In the nose grows in glass. Rounded mouth with acidity balanced by a glyceric touch and a smooth hairy and unctuous touch. Great freshness of citrus and creamy salinity in the mouth. Long, persistent and vibrant step.
