Camí del Sirga White is a white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanco (60%) and Macabeo (40%).
TASTING NOTE
Wine bright, transparent, fluid, pale yellow with greenish edges. Medium aromatic intensity, of very fine quality, which recalls white flowers such as jasmine, and fruits such as pear and apple. Notes to fresh chopped grass and citrus. The palate has a very pleasant first impression, with good acidity, enough to give it freshness. It is unctuous, balanced, with tastes that remind us of flowers and white fruits. The final in the mouth is frank, quite long. It is a wine that invites you to try it and enjoy it.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvesting, static racking without clarifications, fermented flower must at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers (nuts, salmon, foie gras), seafood and fish.
