Blanca Cusiné is an ecological cava with a varied coupage of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the farms Parés Baltà and Les Torres. It is an excellent cava to which it is added to this new vintage the variety Xarel·lo with which it gives a touch of autochthonous freshness. It is an elaborate and meticulous, organic and biodynamic sparkling wine that pays homage to the generational relay of the winery.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color with grayish reflections. Fine bubble and clean and shiny appearance. A complex and subtle aroma with delicate notes of fresh almonds, hazelnuts, orange blossom honey and fresh figs. In the mouth it is round and fondant, with memories of mature candied fruits that add to the sensations already shown in the nose.
AGING
Aging in bottle for 30 months.
