Bancal del bosc is a red wine coupage of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from vineyards located in Capçanes.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with violet reflections, clean and bright. On the nose we find a wine of good aromatic intensity with a predominance of red fruits accompanied by herbaceous notes and fine spicy touches, detached from aging. Powerful, meaty and greedy entrance on the palate with an unctuous step. Fruity and spicy sensations with their passage and a pleasant freshness that persists until the end. Elegant wine that is characterized by its softness and complexity of aromas.
ELABORATION
Organic viticulture certified by the CCPAE is carried out. The wine ferments for 15 days at a temperature below 29ºC. After winemaking, it goes through breeding
AGING
Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rice with meat, stewed chicken, sausages and sheep's cheese.
