Adernats Brut Reserva is a sparkling white wine blend of Macabeo (50%), Xarel·lo (30%) and Parellada (20%). It is the pure expression of the Mediterranean since it speaks of its origins and the lands of Nulles.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. To the naked eye, clean and bright. Fine and integrated bubble. A clean and intense aromatic expression of green apple and citrus fruits combined with fennel and nuts. It is a fresh and creamy wine, with body and good acidity, remembering its long aging of more than twenty months.
AGING
Aging in the cava for 18 months. Second fermentation in the bottle.
