Adernats Brut Nature Reserva is a sparkling white wine blend of Macabeo (40%), Xarel·lo (35%) and Chardonnay (25%). Pure expression of the Mediterranean since it speaks of its origins and the lands of Nulles.
TASTING NOTE
Small, steady bubble. In the nose it emphasizes an intense aroma of green apple and citrus fruits combined with honey and quince. Some sweetness reminiscent of baked apples or fruitas candied with toast. In the mouth it is a fresh and creamy wine that recalls its long aging.
AGING
Aging in cava a minimum of 18 months. Second fermentation in bottle.
